Welcome to our Kundalini Yoga Center

The Sundari Satnam Kundalini Yoga Center is located conveniently in the foothills of the Green Mountains in Southern Vermont. Originally a farm, the yoga center is situated on 200 acres and surrounded by open meadows and forest, perfect for those seeking quiet serenity in a natural setting. The yoga center is two miles from the historic village of Grafton whose summertime population is just 600. Located at the top of the hill overlooking the village, the center is two miles away at the end of a dirt road, assuring plenty of peace and privacy for those needing rest and relaxation.

The yoga center is on grounds with the Inn at Woodchuck Hill Farm. Together, the center and Inn offer a unique experience of learning and enrichment. Yoga demonstrations and classes are small and limited in size to guarantee a deeply felt experience, not met in larger convention style trainings. The lodgings at the Inn offer amenities that ensure one's stay and experience will be the best possible.

Come stay with us, experience Kundalini Yoga and find out first hand what it can offer for you no matter who you are. Experience the uplifting energy and lightness of being with us in this beautiful and serene setting of rural Vermont. There is nothing like it!

Words of Wisdom

During his teacher training at Assisi in 1997, Yogi Bhajan said,

“This is the body — through its touch, its sight, and its expression you are going to heal the world. If this body does not have unlimited strength to elevate, it won't work. Do not deceive yourself. What you need is the strength of your soul and your determination.”
